How I organize a digital product launch in Notion (without losing my mind)

A behind-the-scenes look at the exact dashboard I use to plan and execute every launch — from ideation to post-launch review.

Launching a digital product feels chaotic if you don't have a system. I used to juggle sticky notes, Google Docs, and a dozen tabs before I built a dedicated Notion dashboard. Now every launch runs on the same skeleton, and I can focus on creating instead of scrambling.

The core of my system is a single database with views for planning, content, and tasks. Each launch gets its own page, and I track everything from email sequences to social posts in one place. I also have a pre-launch checklist that I duplicate for every new project — it saves me from forgetting even the smallest step.

One thing that helped me most was setting up a 'launch day' view that only shows what needs to happen that day. No more staring at an overwhelming board. I just open the view, work through the list, and close the laptop when it's done.

If you're launching your first product, start simple: a page with your goals, a checklist, and a content calendar. You can always expand later. The point is to have a single source of truth that keeps you moving forward.
