How I saved 10 hours a week with a single Notion dashboard

A walkthrough of the five core pages that replaced my chaotic project management system.

Last year I was drowning in sticky notes, Trello boards, and a dozen open tabs. My freelance business was growing but my systems weren't. So I built one master Notion dashboard. Here's what I learned.

The dashboard has five core pages: a master task list, a project hub, a content calendar, a finance tracker, and a client CRM. Each page links back to the master list using Notion's relation and rollup features. That means I can update a task status from anywhere and it syncs instantly.

The biggest time saver was the weekly review view. Every Sunday I open a filtered page that shows all overdue tasks, upcoming deadlines, and unpaid invoices. I batch my decisions for the week in 20 minutes instead of hunting for info across tools. The result? A consistent 10-hour reduction in weekly admin work.
