How I Structure My Notion Workspace for Product Launches
A behind-the-scenes look at the exact pages and databases I use to plan and execute a digital product launch without chaos.
Every time I launch a new product, I used to start from scratch. That meant a new set of scattered notes, a to-do list that didn't connect to anything, and a lot of panic the week before. Now I have a single Notion workspace that handles everything from idea to post-launch.
The core is a database of tasks with statuses (backlog, in progress, done) and due dates. But the real magic is in the related databases: one for content assets, one for emails, and one for promo slots. Each task links to the asset it needs, so when I'm writing a launch email, I can see the social graphics that go with it.
I won't pretend it's perfect. I've iterated on this for over a year. But the structure has cut my launch prep time from three weeks to five days. If you're tired of launch chaos, I'd start with a simple task database that can be filtered by launch phase, and build from there.
