How to Plan a Digital Product Launch (Without Losing Your Mind)
A practical walkthrough of the launch planning system I use for every product, from idea to post-launch review.
Launching a digital product is equal parts exciting and chaotic. You're juggling content, emails, sales pages, and a dozen other moving parts. The key is to have a system that keeps everything visible — and that's where a solid Notion setup comes in.
Start with a single Launch Hub page that holds your timeline, tasks, and assets. Break the launch into phases: pre-launch, launch week, and post-launch. For each phase, list the key deliverables and link to relevant resources. This way, you always know what's next without digging through endless tabs.
One thing I've learned: don't try to do everything at once. Focus on one channel for promotion, one email sequence, and one core offer. Use your Notion dashboard to track what's working and what isn't, so you can adjust in real time.
The goal isn't to have a perfect plan — it's to have a plan you'll actually stick to. And when your system is clear, you can spend less time managing the chaos and more time creating.
