Launch OS 2.0: what changed and why

A new pre-launch checklist, a cleaner asset tracker, and one database removed entirely.

Launch OS 2.0 is live for existing customers. The biggest change is subtraction: the separate Content Calendar database is gone. In practice, everyone was duplicating entries between it and the Launch Timeline, so we merged them into a single view with a status field. Fewer places to forget an update.

The pre-launch checklist now has a "ready to announce" gate. You can't mark a launch as public until the landing page, checkout link, and confirmation email are all checked off. It sounds small. It stopped me from shipping a broken link twice during testing.

The asset tracker got a file-type field and a simple approval status, so you can see at a glance which screenshots, copy blocks, and mockups are final. We also fixed a filter bug that hid archived campaigns on some workspaces.

If you bought any earlier version, check your email for the new duplicate link. Your existing pages won't change, so you can copy over what you need at your own pace. Lifetime access includes this update and the next one.
