Release note: Creator OS 2.4 adds a launch retrospective board

The biggest gap in most creator workflows isn't planning — it's looking back. Version 2.4 closes it.

Creator OS 2.4 is live for everyone with lifetime access. The headline addition is a launch retrospective board: a simple kanban that sits next to your launch plan and forces a post-mortem within a week of shipping.

Why build this? Because most of us finish a launch, exhale, and immediately start the next thing. The lessons evaporate. The retrospective board has three columns — What worked, What cost more than it should have, What to change next time — and each card links back to the task it came from, so the notes stay attached to reality instead of floating in a doc.

Two smaller changes shipped alongside it. The content calendar now supports a "recycling" status so evergreen posts don't disappear after their first run, and the revenue tracker has a per-product view instead of one flat total.

Update instructions are in your original delivery email. Existing databases keep their data; you are only adding views and one new board. If you are mid-launch, wait until the week after — the migration takes five minutes, but the retrospective is useless if you skip the exhale.
